Who We Are

GrowdioAI is a trading name of Reshma Ghosh, a sole trader (enskild firma) registered in Lund, Sweden, and approved for F-skatt.

These terms form the legal basis of the relationship between GrowdioAI and any client who engages our services. By signing a proposal, paying an invoice, or instructing us to begin work, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

Services

GrowdioAI provides the following categories of services:

• AEO-ready websites structured for AI search visibility
• AEO funnels designed to convert AI-referred traffic
• Funnel automation, including calendar booking and lead routing
• AI chatbots and voice agents for websites and messaging platforms
• WhatsApp automation for lead qualification and follow-up
• Blog writing and content structured for AI answer engines

We reserve the right to use subcontractors or specialist tools to deliver parts of the work. We remain responsible for the quality of the overall output.

Payments

Payment terms depend on the type of engagement:

• Monthly retainer plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. Work for that period begins once payment is confirmed.
• One-time fees such as website builds, setup fees and CRM configuration are due in full before any work begins, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in writing.
• Project-based work may be split into a deposit and a final payment as set out in the proposal.

All prices are stated exclusive of VAT (Swedish moms) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where VAT applies, it will be shown on the invoice at the prevailing rate. International clients outside Sweden may be subject to different tax treatment under applicable rules.

Invoices are issued electronically to the email address provided at engagement. Payment is due within the number of days shown on the invoice, typically 14 or 30 days net.

Cancellation

Either party may end a monthly plan by giving 30 days written notice to the other party. Notice must be sent by email to hello@growdioai.com and is effective from the date it is received and acknowledged.

For one-time projects, cancellation after work has begun may result in a cancellation fee proportional to the work completed up to the point of cancellation, as described in the proposal.

GrowdioAI reserves the right to terminate the engagement immediately, without refund, if a client acts in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or that creates a legal or reputational risk for GrowdioAI.

Client Responsibilities

A successful engagement requires your active participation. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about your business, services and brand when we ask for it
• Supply required assets such as copy, images, brand guidelines, login credentials and access permissions in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for review, feedback or approval within a reasonable time, typically within five business days, so as not to delay the project
• Ensure that any content or materials you provide to us do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party

Delays caused by late supply of content, access or approvals may extend the project timeline. GrowdioAI is not responsible for missed deadlines that result from delays on the client side.

No Guarantees on Results

We build websites, funnels and content structured to be recognised and cited by AI search engines including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google. However:

• AI models and search engines operate independently and make their own decisions about which sources to cite or recommend.
• We do not control the algorithms, training data, update cycles or policies of any AI model provider, search engine or platform.
• We make no guarantee of any specific number of leads, enquiries, booked calls, or sales resulting from our work.
• Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your pricing, your response speed and the quality of your own sales process.

Our commitment is to apply our best professional knowledge, follow current AEO best practices and deliver the work to a high standard. We cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our control.

Third-Party Platforms

Many of our services are built on or integrated with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• WhatsApp and Meta Business Suite for messaging automation
• AI model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google
• Website hosting and infrastructure providers
• Calendar and scheduling platforms
• CRM and automation platforms

You acknowledge that your use of any third-party platforms as part of our service is also subject to those platforms' own terms of service. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of these tools complies with applicable laws, including those governing messaging, marketing and data protection in your jurisdiction.

Ownership

Ownership of deliverables depends on what has been created and whether it has been paid for in full.

GrowdioAI retains full ownership of the following at all times, regardless of payment:

• Our own templates, design frameworks and starter files
• Proprietary automation workflows, chatbot configurations and system architectures
• Internal processes, methodologies and know-how
• Any code libraries, tools or components developed independently of your project

Where our proprietary components are used within your deliverables, you receive a licence to use them as part of the delivered work, but ownership of those components remains with GrowdioAI.

We may wish to feature your website, project or results in our portfolio, case studies or marketing materials. We will do so by default unless you request otherwise in writing. We will always treat any commercially sensitive details with discretion.

Confidentiality

Both GrowdioAI and you as the client agree to treat each other's private business information with confidence. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Business strategies, plans and financial information
• Customer data, contact lists and sales pipeline information
• Technical systems, login credentials and platform configurations
• Any information that is reasonably understood to be confidential in the context of a business relationship

This obligation of confidentiality continues after the engagement ends for as long as the information remains genuinely confidential.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties will be referred to the appropriate Swedish courts.

Limitation of Liability

GrowdioAI's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or loss of business opportunity.

 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law. 

Changes to These Terms

GrowdioAI may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably between the parties, it will be settled by Swedish courts, with Lund District Court (Lunds tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.

Last updated: 28 September 2026. GrowdioAI reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
